Adult Squad is for any competent swimmers over the age of 16 years of age. Many of our adult swimmers are training for triathlon, ocean swims, masters swimming or just to keep fit.  We recommend that you be able to swim 400metres continuously before joining this group, if you feel that you are not yet at that level, please ask our friendly staff for more info on private lessons.

Class availability:

Each session is 60minutes. Classes operate during the following times.

- 5.00am to 6.00am Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Prices:

• Ten Pass (PAID UPFRONT)
  $170 - works out to $17 per session when paid in full for the pass

• Per Swim Lesson
  $22 - per session when paid per lesson
